Mekadesh Publishing Started?
The story of Mekadesh Publishing didn't begin with an idea, but with a prophetic word sent from heaven. In October 2017, while Dr. Brenda S. Suárez Ramos was waiting her turn at an auto parts store, a tall, blond, blue-eyed man, a complete stranger, approached her with determination. Without warning, he looked at her intently and said, "I have something to tell you." Among other words he spoke from the Lord, there was one that would define her life: "You will build a business, and it will be very successful. Don't stop doing it." He repeated it several times, as if making sure she understood the forcefulness of the divine message that spoke directly of an assignment from heaven.
Dr. Brenda S. Suárez had begun writing the book Welcome Home when she was still in her twenties. The book was completed in September 2024, at a time when she never imagined that God would add to her life the calling of being a writer of Christian books. That first book was the trigger God used to propel the birth of Mekadesh, which today, May 2025, is already a reality. And to the glory of the Lord, this same month of May, the second book written by Dr. Brenda Suárez is already available, a testimony that God not only restores lives, but also establishes them to fulfill His will. This second book is a warning to pastors, ministers, leaders, and the Church of Christ about the strategies of the enemy of souls surrounding the celebration of Halloween, unmasking, with biblical support, the darkness disguised as culture and innocence.
Eight years later, in February 2025, the Holy Spirit whispered again. This time, she used the life of Pastor Oswaldo Heredia, a discerning man of God, who firmly and consistently declared that a publishing house should be founded. Pastor Loris A. Ruiz Ramos and Dr. Brenda listened, but with disbelief. For weeks, this was the pastor's persistent advice. However, in March of that same year, amid intense spiritual opposition to the release of the book Welcome Home: A Story Hell Wanted to Silence, those prophetic words began to burn in the hearts of both women.
It was in the living room of Pastor Loris's home that the desire was born. There, in the midst of spiritual warfare, the conviction ignited that the time to act had come. They decided to submit the project to fasting and prayer, seeking direct confirmation from the Lord. During that time of profound searching, the Spirit of God spoke. He placed the name of the publishing house in the pastor's heart: Mekadesh, which means the God who sanctifies.
When the pastor revealed the name to Dr. Brenda, her heart trembled. Tears immediately flowed, and the atmosphere was filled with a powerful and unmistakable presence. It was the confirmation they needed. From that moment on, they knew it was not a human idea, but an assignment from heaven.
On April 15, 2025, Mekadesh Publishing LLC was legally registered in the state of Florida. On April 26, 2025, the publishing house was federally recognized in the United States, along with its logo, slogan, and official seal, all for the glory of God.
Since then, the endorsement of heaven has been visible. God Himself has sent each member of the team. No human recruitment has been done; it has been He who has added servants with hearts surrendered to His will. Every person who is part of Mekadesh today has joined voluntarily, making their talents, gifts, professions, and abilities available to this publishing house, without any personal gain, to build this enterprise born in the heart of God. From teachers, graphic designers, ministry leaders, translators, proofreaders, musicians, to theologians and preachers, all have been called by the Holy Spirit and have joyfully surrendered to the call. They did not come by human invitation, but by divine assignment. They themselves have testified that this opportunity was an. And when, without seeking it, they received the invitation t, because they never imagined it would one day happen.
Today they are part of Mekadesh, and just as this work continues to grow for the glory of God, each of its members is also being built up, affirmed, and enlarged in the call God has placed upon their lives. Mekadesh Publishing is based in Ocala, Florida, where its operations office has been established. We are not just another publishing house. We are an instrument in the hands of God, who sanctifies, consecrates, and supports us. This is not a company born of strategy, but of the altar.
